  1. Great video and extremely important to understand it's okay to let them go.

  2. This brought back memories.. I finally asked Mama if she could see the light, and she said yes. I told her, it's ok if you go there, Mama. She asked will you be there? And I said yes....She even called me by name, which she hadn't done in years. I sat by her side for 10 days. The last few moments, I walked out of the room for a short break and when I returned she was gone...
